    The Financial Controller role is a full-time position to cover the management of the finance operations function of the business, purchase ledger, sales ledger and customer experience.

    The successful candidate will understand processes, have an eye for implementing and refining process, managing key stakeholders and organising their team.

    You will be customer focused team player with great attention to detail and have strong systems skills.

    What are we expecting from you?

     
    • Responsible for the finance operation function of the business purchase ledger, sales ledger and customer experience
    • Supervising a team of three in the finance team.
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
    • Ensure the integrity of all accounting data to enable automation of payruns and debt collection
    • Responsible for sign-off of accountancy processing for VFD production of management accounts
    • Own the cash collection target and ensure our systems are up to date to provide accurate forecasts
    • Management of purchase order accruals
    • Feedback on quality of input from operations teams to ensure ongoing accuracy and efficiency of our accounting
    • Suggest improvements to customer experience and business system efficiencies
