We're looking for a Head of Sales for our group to lead our bright and ambitious sales and design team. The role is to replace the current MD from day-to-day management of the team.
The team respond very well to a coaching management style and love continuous improvement and training.
The ideal candidate will be a self-learner and would appreciate the mentorship of the senior leadership.
You will have a proven track record of high performance as a salesperson and demonstrate successful management of a sales team in the tech or service industry.
There is no need for industry experience and product knowledge but a technical and/or engineering background would be preferable.
